The original felt roof was in a state of sever decay showing signs of water ingress in multiple areas. 

We removed the felt roof and laid down a new 3 layer high performance mineral felt system.

The roof was 3000sqm and had to be completed in stages to ensure it was water tight at all times as the units below were occupied throughout the project. 

This took us 5 weeks to complete and was covered by a 15 year warranty.
