St Albans: Tor coating – Flat Roof

The start of a single ply “Tor Coatings” overlay- a tricky little job with a lot of obstacles to overcome.

We are unable to use any form of heat on this job so a liquid applied roofing system was our only option. The building is suffering with multiple points of water ingress.

The Tor system specified offers a seamless finish with a 20 year manufacturer’s guarantee on completion.
